Khalilah Brooks

Producer & Creator

Khalilah boasts a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years, working closely with children and youth in both academic and entertainment settings.

She is a multifaceted professional, serving as the visionary behind Aunty B's House, a popular TV show on CBC Kids and CBC Gem.

In addition to her role as a TV Producer, she is also a talented Scriptwriter and actor, having worked alongside renowned personalities such as the Theatre company Famous Peoples Players and assisted actor Elliot Page. Khalilah has a passion for crafting compelling children's content that resonates with young audiences.

Shuro Lee

Assistant

Shuro is an emerging professional in Children’s Entertainment. Being influenced by her mom, who is dedicated to early childhood education and parenting education for 30 years, Shuro realized that her teaching abilities could be applied by engaging children through administrative and colorful creative components to this field! That’s what brought her all the way from Taiwan to Canada to pursue Children’s Media at Centennial College. Through the program, Shuro found herself enjoying putting magic to graphics and videos to visualize good stories.


 

KEISHA CLARKE

PERFORMER/PUPPETEER

Is a Humber College graduate from their Early Childhood Education program. Currently, Keisha is an RECE Program Supervisor working at PLASP Child Care Services. Keisha has been working as a Lead Performer/Puppeteer with Aunty B and BAM Children's Entertainment for 4 years. Keisha enjoys working with children and has a passion for performing.

Sawyer Lyttle

Artist/Storyboards

Sawyer is a new face to the entertainment industry with a background in illustration.

Sawyer is a graduate from Centennial College’s Children’s Media program. They feel like their diverse skill set and enthusiasm for children’s content would make them a good fit in the children’s entertainment space. They have worked on storyboards, script writing, illustrations, photography, photo editing, performing for children and some limited animation. Currently, they are learning how to build props, the fine art of puppeteering, and trying to figure out graphic design.

Their favourite colour is yellow and they tend to give really good high fives.

Leanne Phan

Assistant

Leanne is a recent graduate from the Creative Industries program and Toronto Metropolitan University with interdisciplinary specializations in Storytelling and Media Business. Never letting go of her life-long excitement for children’s entertainment, Leanne believes in combining both her art and business abilities into her work. Working with BAM since 2022, she experienced and developed many skills from propmaking, graphic design, video editing, admin, social media management, video production, and web-design.

She is a fanatic for collecting many hobbies from dancing, to roller skating, and video games.
